These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your engagement with the educational household organisation workshops and programmes offered by Nestiva ("Nestiva", "we", "us", "our"), operating from Lot 23, Jalan Sungai Besi, 57100 Kuala Lumpur. By submitting an enquiry, booking a session, or participating in a programme, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

Nestiva provides educational household organisation workshops and facilitated programmes. All sessions, materials, and outputs are organisational and conversational in nature. Nestiva:

• does not provide professional advice of any kind, including financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice
• does not interpret, assess, or evaluate any individual household's legal, financial, or personal situation
• does not act as a representative or agent of any participant household in any external matter
• does not provide regulated services of any description under Malaysian law

Any information, materials, or session outputs provided by Nestiva are educational in nature and should not be relied upon as professional counsel. Participants are encouraged to consult appropriately qualified professionals for their specific circumstances.

2. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only once Nestiva has communicated written confirmation of the session date, time, location, and programme details directly to the participant. Submission of an enquiry form does not constitute a confirmed booking.

Nestiva reserves the right to decline a booking at its discretion. Where a booking cannot be accommodated, we will notify you promptly.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1 Programme Fees

The fees for each programme are as follows:

• Single-Session Family Map Workshop — RM 510
• Four-Session Records Map Programme — RM 1,720
• Yearly Household Cartography Programme — RM 4,420

All fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of all facilitation, materials, and printed outputs described in each programme's description, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. For multi-session programmes, Nestiva may offer a staged payment arrangement at its discretion. Full details will be set out in the booking confirmation.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellation

4.1 By the Participant

If you need to reschedule a confirmed session, please contact us as early as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, subject to facilitator availability. Cancellations made fewer than 48 hours before a confirmed session may be subject to an administrative fee, the amount of which will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

4.2 By Nestiva

Nestiva may reschedule or cancel a session due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including facilitator illness or unavailability. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as practicable and offer alternative dates without additional charge.

5. Conduct During Sessions

Nestiva's sessions are designed to be calm, educational, and constructive. We ask all participants to engage respectfully with the facilitator and with other household members present. The facilitator may conclude a session early if conduct makes it impractical or inappropriate to continue. In such circumstances, no refund will be issued for that session.

6. Session Materials and Outputs

Materials and printed outputs produced during Nestiva sessions (such as household maps and records folder labels) are intended for the personal organisational use of the participant household. They are not intended to serve as official documents, legal records, or formal assessments of any kind. Nestiva retains copyright in any template materials it produces, while participants retain ownership of the specific content they contribute to their outputs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Nestiva's liability to any participant arising from the provision of its educational services shall be limited to the fees paid for the session or programme in question. Nestiva shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from participation in its programmes or from the use of session materials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Privacy

Nestiva's collection and use of personal data in connection with its services is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in Nestiva programmes following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
